A nationwide professional development initiative where seven Rotaract clubs across Lebanon organized career-focused sessions to help students and young professionals transition from education to the workforce.
What we did
Paths & Perspectives was a collaborative initiative organized by seven Rotaract clubs across Lebanon to help students and young professionals prepare for the transition from university to the professional world. The project consisted of a series of interactive sessions led by industry experts, covering key aspects of career development such as international opportunities, networking, job searching, and workplace skills. These sessions were held in different locations across Lebanon, including Tripoli, Beirut, and Byblos, as well as online, making the initiative accessible to a wide audience. Topics included Erasmus+ exchange opportunities, LinkedIn networking strategies, resume writing and interview preparation, and workplace communication and conflict resolution. Each session provided participants with practical insights and tools that could help them navigate today’s competitive job market. By bringing together multiple Rotaract clubs, speakers, and organizations, the project became one of the largest Rotaract professional development initiatives in Lebanon, demonstrating the power of collaboration and the organization’s commitment to empowering young professionals.
